Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition with all brand tags attached and no signs of wear or perfume scents.

  Package & Ship

  Securely pack the items in the original box and hand them over to our courier partner during the scheduled pickup window.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
